Going through the motions

It’s my second week in a row, sitting in my room from morning to nighttime writing this paper. I can’t seem to plow through it. As much as I want to just write crap I cant. The expectations have been set too high, at least by my preceptor. All I can do is put all my energy into this paper and presentation and hope to blow everyone away. It could actually be the opposite and turn out to be a major flop but I hope with two weeks of preparation that won’t be the case.
On to happier topics. I’ll finally be home to CA in 2 weeks. We shall I do with my freedom?…if you can really call it that at all. 9 months of rotations doesn’t seem like a free ride.
When you think about it, I’ve been away for nearly 3 months…a quarter of a year. It’s amazing how fast time flies by. I’ve been so eager to return home and see everyone again. While I have much anxiety of life going on while I’m not there, my next few years might actually be spent away from everyone. We’ll have to see. Let’s see where the next few months will direct me. Let’s find my calling.

Everyone's confused at this time. It's one of the intersections in life. =/
